In the process, the high quality of the medical and nursing care, as well as the satisfaction of the patients and residents are at the heart of our efforts. For that, we need committed and well-trained staff. Our group currently employs 4,500 people. Motivated, competent and conscientious employees who work well in a team are essential for us.

Training, including further training and advanced training, plays a vital role in our group. In the group, there are vocational schools for nursing and paediatric nursing, as well as the department for in-house further and advanced training. In addition to numerous places for training, we offer trial placements for pupils, and in our group, students are gradually introduced to work responsibilities with numerous courses, workshops and teaching ward rounds.
In collaboration with the community-based physicians in the region, at some of our locations we offer a group training course for prospective general practitioners.
Furthermore, we cooperate with the Wilhelm Löhe Akademie at the University of Applied Sciences Münster for the consecutive Master's degree course "Education in Health Care" and with the UMIT - private university for health & life sciences on the dual study course
